A local auto dealer is seeking a motivated Office Assistant to join their team. As an Office Assistant some of your responsibilities may include processing expense reports, coordinating the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress and troubleshoot minor technical problems. Position will also provide administrative support by fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filing and faxing.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this temporary to full-time position will have 1+ years of office experience, preferably within an automotive facility. Knowledge of Word and Excel at an intermediate level is mandatory. In addition, candidates should have exceptional customer service and organizational skills as well as the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Candidates in this position will work approximately 20 hours per week, including every other Saturday. Experience working in an automotive dealership is mandatory.
