Description Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Needs Analysis with prospective clients and understand their unique business issues
  • Integrate solution knowledge and industry trends with the client’s business needs in order to properly position the best solutions
  • Maintain extensive communication, coordination, and business acumen across Ceridian business channels to resolve issues in a timely and accurate manner
  • Offer insight and creatively problem solve with internal partners on how best to meet client needs in complex situations
  • Utilize sales support skills, knowledge and experience to assist with the sales process
  • Show a proficiency in sales techniques and the ability to utilize this knowledge to effectively compliment a Sales Representative when working with different contacts within an account
  • Establish rapport and interact with high degree of confidence and composure with individuals on all levels
  • Able to draw upon experiences that relate to our clients and use those experiences to shape a potential solution
Qualifications:
  • High energy candidate with 5+ years of experience in the HR industry space with specific experience in international projects, consulting and requirements analysis
  • Experience as a practitioner required (e.g., global HR/payroll manager)
  • Knowledge of global Human Resource and Payroll subject matter - both industry and technology application knowledge
  • Includes operational knowledge at global, regional and in-country level, including a respect for cultural nuances
  • Specialization in international deployment a plus
  • Desire and proven ability to work within a changing and developing vision and structure
  • Proven presentation and written skills
  • Self motivated with the demonstrated ability to act on own initiative
  • Flexible to time zone challenges
  • Experience in prospect presentations
  • Business proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
