The Renal Sales Specialist is responsible for attainment of sales quotas through successful sales presentations, impact with solid communication skills, demonstrating strong persuasion skills and influencing decision makers. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: This position requires a BA/BS degree along with 4+ years of current pharmaceutical sales experience, that include 2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical experience, preferably in the Renal therapeutic area or within a specialty targeted to difficult-to-treat / seriously ill patients. Nephrology Nurses with a BA/BS degree will also be considered. Launch experience highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of account based selling and experience selling an injectable product is highly desired.
