Role: RightSourceRx Pharmacy Analyst
Assignment: RightSourceRx Analytics and Reporting
Location: Louisville, KY
Assignment Capsule
This Analyst position primarily supports analysis relative to RightSourceRx Specialty initiatives.
- Support for all RightSourceRx Specialty areas by producing both ad-hoc and detailed analysis.
- Run Operational reports and compile metrics into a daily, weekly and monthly executive level report.
- Provides insights and observations related to operational activity.
- Tracks outcomes associated with RightSourceRx programs.
- Builds detailed dashboards with relevant performance and savings metrics.
- Works with the system operations manager to identify issues or dips in performance.
- Works with IT management to get reports automated and distributed timely.

Role Essentials
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Business, or Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 year in a pharmacy-related field
- 1-3 years experience in data analysis
- Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, with major emphasis in Excel and Access
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible, dynamic personality who works well in a team environment and is also an individual contributor
Role Desirables
- Knowledge of RightSourceRx as it relates to operations.
- Knowledge of Crystal Reports and Visual Basic.
- Ability to assimilate, analyze, draw conclusions, and make recommendations from complex data.
- Experience importing, structuring and manipulating data.
- Ability to prioritize, organize, and execute effective time management.
- Ability to work in either a team or an individual capacity to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
