Compensation: $12.00 to $12.50 per hour

A large insurance company in the New Castle area is in need of several experienced Part-Time Customer Service Representatives. The hours will be between the hours of 12pm-11pm, and you will average around 30 hours per week. You must have open and flexible availability, and be able to work all weekends and Holidays. The training will be between the hours of 8am-5pm. The ideal person must have prior customer service, and /or call center experience, be able to multi-task, have proficient computer knowledge and have a great ability to build rapport with the customer. This is a temporary position, with the possibility of turning into a temporary-to-full-time position.
