We seek an Accreditation and Policy Support Manager to join a growing team in our Lansdale, PA office. This generalist position is a key member of the Policy Development and Accreditation Support team. The individual will have primary functions of managing policy development projects throughout Bayada Nurses, managing and coordinating accreditation related activities, including standards interpretation, staff education, and ongoing survey support.

Responsibilities will also include administrative policy writing and editing that promote sound, efficient, and compliant practices in collaboration with Service and Support Office teams. The successful individual will provide policy and accreditation project oversight and expertise while interfacing with cross functional teams throughout Bayada Nurses. The individual will develop educational materials for office and field staff on accreditation standards and related policies and practices, and conduct trainings on an ongoing basis. The individual will demonstrate competence in reliable and accurate interpretation of standards and policies as well as participate in the development, maintenance and submission of CHAP self � studies and completion of other pre-survey requirements. The individual will establish strong working relationship with accrediting body representatives. Duties also include writing, editing and advising through policy development process with company wide and state/program specific initiatives, identifying policy creation needs within the company.

In this leadership role, the successful candidate will report to the Director of Policy and Accreditation Support.

Requirements Bachelor degree Masters degree is preferred. 3 years minimum recent experience in the Home Health industry with prior Management experience required. Extensive knowledge of accreditation and regulatory process.
