Description
The primary responsiblity of store assistant is to support the store manager by helping to manage and assume accountability for retail store operations, provide direction and develop associates to - maintain the integrity of the store, expedite merchandise to the sales floor and present merchandise in order to maximize sales. Establish control-related standards and procedures.
Requirements
Education/Experience: Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-3. Previous retail store management experience required
College degree preferred and/or equivalent years of education and experience. Skills: Very good communication (written and oral) skills and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, prioritize.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Must have high level of initiative (self motivated).
Leadership ability.
