Description Primarily handles all non-bankrupt Ultra High/High 61+ delinquent accounts in accordance with all investor and insurer regulations and guidelines to prevent foreclosure or financial losses to the investor. Works all non-bankruptcy delinquent accounts; handles accounts in loss mitigation & foreclosure workstation. Works inbound \ outbound repay plan & foreclosure campaigns. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent experience required. Bachelors degree in Finance or Business preferred. Minimum 1 year mortgage banking experience and 1 year call center experience. Requires the ability to converse with external clients representing the companies overall strategy and professionalism. State and regulatory guidelines met at all time including FDCPA, FCRA and all OTS requirements. Must be bilingual; fluent in Spanish.
