Description
MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Part-Time Assisted Living Concepts, Inc., a leader in the assisted living industry, is currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for Orchard House and Chenoweth House. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in apartment maintenance including light electrical, plumbing and carpentry, grounds and residence upkeep. Valid driver's license is a must.This is a 30-hour per week position. The ideal candidate must be comfortable in a very fast- paced environment, performing general maintenance, and preparing apartments for move-ins.
