We are currently seeking a "Spine Center Manager". The manager will be responsible for setting objectives, planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating the activities of the Spine Center to produce excellence in all aspects of service, outcome and cost. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initial exams, triaging patients,and will participate in clinical case conferences. Candidate will make rounds on programs surgical patients to intervene as necessary on outpatient spine care services, and facilitate other and effectiveness/efficiencies of care with the goal being an overall positive patient experience. Candidate will work with marketing, nursing and participating physicians to promote Spine Program internally and externally. This position involves a great deal of Clinical Research. Requirements for this position are as follows: Must have a current Florida ARNP License. Must have CPR and ACLS training. Must have 2 years of experience in Ortho/Neuro/Rehab services specifically with Spinal Care. Prefer APN/ARNP experience in Spinal Care. Prefer case management experience.
