• Recruiting, interviews, checking references, making offers.
• Conducting orientation for new employees.
• Performing exit interviews and processing change of employee status, etc.

• 2+ years of recruiting experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS strongly desired - SAP preferred.
