Description

Kelly Services is searching for Accounting Clerks to help our client, PNC Bank with various projects.

 

Duties may include the following:

  • Balances/Reconciles Accounts
  • Reviewing Tax Returns
  • Verifying income
  • Produces financial and statistical reports/statements from subsidiary ledgers (payables and receivables).
  • Verifies the accuracy of information such as vouchers, purchase orders, invoices or payments.
  • Performs various clerical duties such as making copies and filing documents.
  • Possesses familiarity/knowledge of accounting terminology and concepts, knowledge of manual and/or automated accounting systems, manual or automated filing systems, and skills using mainframe, spreadsheet, database or other software. 
  • Must be able to work in Microsoft Office Products such as Word and Excel.
  • Lotus Notes experience a major plus.
  • Pay rate ranges from $11 - $13/hr.
