This entry level position in the Kraft Sales force will be responsible for management of inventory and in store promotions/merchandising. The Senior Merchandiser/Sales Service Rep role is designed to properly fulfill the merchandising needs of the customer and cover for open Sales Reps' territories.
Job responsibilities include: - Establish and maintain a rapport with key store individuals. - Identify/communicate individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Kraft personnel. - Unpack boxes and properly rotate stock to ensure inventory is fully stocked and presentable at all times. - Stocking shelves and building/maintaining displays. - Order/Credit Writing - Back room inventory organization. - Selling new products, displays, and promotions at store level to support the sales team in covering for open Sales Rep territories. - Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule to cover for open Sales Rep's territories for vacations/illness. - Maintain and update Tablet Computer.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. HS diploma or GED is required. - Previous Retail, Merchandising or Grocery experience is strongly preferred. - Ability to perform sustained physical activities with store merchandise in a fast-paced environment (lifting, bending, carrying, pushing, pulling, etc.) - Ability to work a flexible five day schedule that includes Saturdays or Sundays with availability to work holidays. - Strong customer service, selling, planning, and organizing skills - Ability to work independently - Strong interpersonal, effective communication skills, problem solving skills and flexibility - Must have reliable vehicle, good driving record, proof of current insurance, and valid driver's license - Proficient computer skills are required. - Ability to start work in the early morning.
