Join our team as an Associate, Legal Counsel (Temp)!!
 
The Associate, Legal Counsel will work closely with key executives and advise on a broad range of legal issues.  The attorney will have responsibilities in the areas of contract drafting & negotiation, commercial transactions and licensing agreements, as well as advising on commercial legal issues and corporate & regulatory matters.
Requirements Candidates must be highly motivated, self-starters with the ability to operate independently and as part of a team.  Must have 3+ years of law firm or in-house corporate experience.  Membership of a state Bar required.  Florida Bar member preferred.
