Qualified candidates possess:
* Current RN licensure
* Excellent communications, customer service, decision-making and teambuilding skills, with a focus on continuous quality improvement
* Strong management/leadership skills

All managers receive initial and ongoing training through our Center for Leadership and Professional Development. Requirements Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (R.N.).
Current appropriate state licensure. A minimum of 18 months' experience caring for ESRD patients
