Mechanic

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide safe and dependable vehicles upon completion of repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Must be able to proficiently perform complex engine troubleshooting.
• Execute state inspections on the in-fleet automobiles.
• Efficiently complete computer diagnostic checks and repairs for all automobiles.
• Will be performing brake service and oil changes.
• Carry out transmission overhauls on in-fleet automobiles.

Skills:

• Emissions Inspection and Repair License
• ASE Automotive Certification (preferred)
• State Inspections License

Preferred Requirements:

• Journeyman level automotive experience (two years minimum)
• Must have your own tools
• Required to have a valid driver's license
• Must have a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends

Educational Background:

High School Education or equivalent work experience.
