Compensation: $75,000 to $85,000 per year

Our client has an opportunity for a Finance Director. The Finance Director will be primarily responsible for management of the financial operations of a growing non-profit organization. Duties will include monitoring financial records, managing investments, banking relationships, and capital projects, as well as reviewing new business opportunities, conducting periodic financial analysis, and examining current processes for possible efficiencies. The Finance Director will also maintain the information technology needs for the data center management and ad-hoc reporting. Requirements The successful candidate will have at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. An MBA would be preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in managing others and directing the fiscal operations of a non-profit entity are required. Knowledge of fund accounting and government grant accounting beneficial. Experience with IT systems and writing Crystal reports helpful. Solid oral and written communication skills also needed.
