Are you an experienced government consultant who has successfully led client engagements and managed them through to completion? Government Engagement Managers are experienced, detail-oriented consultants who lead research-based, multi-practice client engagements. They use their government expertise to become trusted advisors to clients in top government agencies. Engagement Managers are responsible for:
Continuously growing their expertise in Gallup's core practice areas and consulting developments Coordinating teams and establishing partnerships to provide integrated and coherent consulting impact processes Partnering with business development teams throughout the design and implementation of client engagements Demonstrating flexibility and creativity to design programs that meet specific client needs Offering actionable advice and establishing credibility with executives Creating organizational change and measuring implemented successes
Requirements
Ten years of consulting experience with government agencies and a master's degree are required. Consultants with experience in customer engagement, attitude and brand research, and employee selection and development are encouraged to apply.
