Our Director of Clinical Leadership, is seeking an experienced NURSE to join our team of mentoring specialists who provide clinical support services to our service office staff. We are searching for an experienced professional who is ready to advance to the next level on your career path!

As a member of this team, you will mentor our Clinical Managers related to their role, conduct staff development, and other educational programs, perform QA and Performance Improvement activities, as well as provide clinical consultation. Since you will be mentoring staff in multiple offices serving our diverse and various client needs, a combination of pediatric AND adult experience is highly desirable, but all resumes will be considered. Travel is a requirement of the position, in addition to:

Proven experience within a Certified Home Health Agency

Minimum of 5 years nursing experience, with at least 3 years supervisory or management experience

Knowledge of regulatory and accrediting standards

QA and Performance Improvement experience

Short term supervision support

Special projects

Superior communication, organizational, and teaching/mentoring skills

Travel is required
