Requirements
Required Skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and discuss personal and financial difficulties
- Ability to analyze and negotiate payment arrangements
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to navigate in multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Solid Understanding of the inbound and Outbound Call Center environment
- Proven history of dependability
- Flexible with schedule as business needs arise
- Desire to resolve customer issues a must
Desired Skills:
- Previous Collection experience
- Mortgage Experience
Schedule:
Part Time Hours.
Tentative Schedule is Monday-Thursday 4 PM - 8 PM + a 6 hour shift on Saturdays
Must be flexible and able to work extra hours if necessary
