Dietitian / Clinical

Description Sodexo is seeking a registered dietitian with 2 or more years experience for a position in Easton, PA.Manor Care Easton is a 227 bed Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility. Responsibilities include performing comprehensive nutritional assessments and care planning for residents, MDS, weight losses, high risk residents and working with the interdisciplinary team to provide the highest quality of nutritional care possible. Instruct residents, family members and facility personnel in principles of nutrition and diet modifications. The Clinical Dietitian must process excellent verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on efficiency and organization. Participation in committees and meetings such as wound rounds , weight meetings and care planning meetings. The Clinical Dietitian will have some operational duties within kitchen such as in servicing staff and tray line may be required as needed .Candidate must be a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. Position Summary:

Provides comprehensive nutrition assessments and care planning for patients/residents. Plans special diets and supervises their preparation. Instructs patients/residents and/or hospital personnel in principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet. Performs routine care responsibilities without training and direction.

Basic Education Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree

Basic Functional Experience Required:
