Residence Director/Administrator
Since 1994, Assisted Living Concepts has designed residences to be a true home to older adults who need some assistance with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, and medication management. This combination of housing and services provides an affordable alternative that encourages independence for individuals who do not require the 24-hour continuous skilled nursing care provided by broader institutional health services providers. Our care givers treat each resident with respect and provide the care they need while fostering dignity and self-esteem in a home-like setting.
We currently have an opportunity for a Residence Director/Administrator for Highland Terrace Assisted Living in Inverness, Florida.
The responsibilities include all aspects of operations of the residence such as:
Sales and marketing Occupancy development Community relations Budgetary objectives Regulatory compliance
The ideal candidate will have experience in staffing, training, supervision, and employee relations. We prefer candidates with a degree and/or experience in long-term care or assisted living. To be considered you must be certified as an Assisted Living Manager in Florida.
