Description Mortgage Fraud Investigative Analyst

This individual will be working with the Mortgage Fraud Program and have the following responsibilities:
Assist with a special project by analyzing data and making decisions regarding resolution of data issues
Assess mortgage fraud tips to determine if further investigation is needed
Work with management and staff to assist with monthly reporting

Candidate needs to possess the following skills:

Strong communication skills

Experience:
Candidates with a mortgage background are required. Mortgage fraud background is a plus.
4+ years analytical experience
4+ years underwriting experience. Maintain a sound knowledge of Fannie Mae guidelines, DU guidelines, and risk assessment tools used to decision mortgage loans.
MS Excel knowledge
