Education:
- Graduation required from a school of Registered Nursing acknowledged by the State of Nebraska Department of Human Services, Division of Regulation & Licensure.
Experience:
- Previous RN experience required.
- Previous acute care RN experience preferred.
Other requirements:- Cardiac portion of critical care class required within one year of employment (six months preferred).
- Completion or testing out of basic arrhythmia class with a grade of 85% or higher required within six months of employment.
License/Certification:
- Active Nebraska (or multi-state compact) Registered Nurse license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within three months of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of employment (six months preferred).
