Kelly Services is currently hiring Bankruptcy Customer Service Representatives. These positions are long-term and will work Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm in Norfolk VA.

Job Duties:

  • Answering phones and assisting with customer's inquiries
  • Speaking with Debtors, Collectors, Trustees and Attorneys
  • Taking accurate messages
  • Using strong data entry skills to locate customer's account information
  • Opening and sorting mail
  • Updating customer's account information into various systems
  • Keying in Bankruptcy codes and information into customer's accounts

Qualifications Required:

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Time management skills and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Window, Microsoft Word and Excel and Internet Explorer
  • Stable work history
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
