Kellogg Company has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Manager of Consumer Affairs in its Battle Creek, MI headquarters. This position will support the Kashi consumer contact center team by developing and executing training and knowledgebase programs that reflect our brand and company image and by investigating and resolving unusual or serious consumer inquiries. In addition, this position will serve as the department liaison with one of our product business teams by sharing voice of the consumer (VOC) data to improve quality of existing brands, new product innovation, and marketing and promotion plans. Positions are currently available to support our natural and healthy lifestyle brands.
Requirements Requires BS degree in food science, nutrition or other food related discipline and a minimum of two years experience in consumer affairs, quality, nutrition or other relevant discipline within the food industry. In lieu of a degree in food science or nutrition, a candidate must demonstrate 4+ years of equivalent experience in consumer affairs within the food industry.

  • Analytic and problem solving
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Travel 15 - 25%
