We place Registered Nurses on long term temporary assignments at Hospitals throughout the United States (these Nurses are called Travelers by the industry) and the Recruiter works on a team trying to find positions for our Nurses. This position has proven to be a lucrative career for those who are successful where you can make $100,000 annually after you establish yourself.
Qualified Candidates will have:
*Type "A", take charge, go getter personality
*Love being on the Phone 100% of your time
*Great ability to multi task and stay organized
*Excellent communication skills
*Financially driven
*Ability to handle challenging people
*No medical knowledge required
* Basic computer skills
What are we looking for?
* Excited, positive and hard working personality
* Looking for a career supporting health care
* Experience being on the phone 100% of the time.
* Proven track record of staying in a position
* Good recent work references
* Someone willing/able to make $30,000-$40,000 your first year until you establish your skills
* Someone who is looking to stay at our company 5+years
* Ability to work from 8:00am-5:00pm, M-F
