The ideal candidate will possess: Inbound responsibilities include the areas of Receiving, Replenishment, Put-away and Split Case Stocking.  Outbound responsibilities include the areas of Shipping, Full and Split Case Picking, RX and Specialty Picking.

Logistics experience within a distribution environment coupled with in-depth working knowledge of distribution product flow and state of the are material handling. Management experience with responsibility for multiple departments including budget creation, implementation and reconciliation. Statistical Process Control including data analysis, charting, and control methodology. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Group facilitation skills including experience with Performance Improvement teams, a plus. Computer literacy, working knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages. Bachelor's degree in business, a related discipline OR equivalent combination of education and at least 3-5 years of previous management experience.
