Job Qualifications:
Education:
Required: Bachelors degree in life sciences, Business/Marketing and/or Product Management.
Preferred: Advanced Degree (PhD, M.D., PharmD, MS) in life science or other related technical course of study required. MBA from a top-tier institution strongly preferred.
Experience:
Required: 10 years of experience in life sciences marketing and/or product management Oncology markets with a strong track record. Strong preference for candidates who have worked directly with key opinion leaders and who have experience launching products into the US market
Preferred: 12-15 years of related industry experience and/or equivalent experience in product development, brand management, marketing development and market analysis. Strong preference for experience in a related industry/role and increasing scope of authority in a complex organization. Experience in Oncology sales a significant benefit
Licenses and Certifications
Required: None
Preferred: Laboratory certifications preferred (ASCP, NCA etc.)
Physical and Cognitive
Required: Ability to physically, visually and audibly perform all essential functions. Excellent listening, speaking and presentation skills. Strong professional, ethical and personal integrity
Travel
Required: 20-30%. Customer and prospect visits, focus groups, industry events, trade shows, technical conferences etc
