Description
Student Condo Community seeks Resident Manager and Maintenance Person possibly a couple. Office hours Mon-Fri as well as on-call 24/7. Excellent communication/customer service required. Interacts daily with owners and tenants. Basic computer/office skills needed. Oversees facilities including a pool, laundry room, parking, gated entry, office & grounds. Requirements
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Maintain office hours Monday - Friday. On-call for emergencies 24/7.
2. Respond to owner and/or tenant issues as appropriate based on contractual obligations for units with individual management contracts as well as respond appropriately for those without individual contracts.
3. Respond to emergency situations where damage to property or persons is an immediate risk.
4. Walk the property twice daily and address immediate needs, i.e. trash, etc., or respond appropriately to noted problems, i.e. improper parking, left laundry, etc.
5. Able to perform majority of basic repairs on your own and able to supervise subcontractors when they are on site servicing the community, i.e. pest control, plumbing, etc.
6. Establish & maintain current owner and tenant contact information. Maintain log of conversations, observations, actions taken, etc. on daily basis.
7. Oversee facilities and services which include the office, swimming pool, laundry room, parking areas, gate access, etc. Maintain cleanliness of these areas as well, i.e. pick up trash, empty cans, mop, etc.
