Compensation: Pay up to $12.00 per hour

One of our construction clients has an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant. This position will involve travel coordination, communicating bid deadlines to sub-contractors, processing change orders, mailing specs and plans to sub-contractors for bidding, and closing out projects. This is a fast-paced environment and the successful Administrative Assistant will be capable of multi-tasking smoothly, and understanding how to prioritize on a deadline. Requirements 4+ years of administrative or executive administrative experience required. Any experience in residential or commercial construction is a plus! Strong organizational skills and exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must. Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook experience is required.
