Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collects on designated delinquent accounts.
  • Maintains good customer relations with borrowers, and effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses.
  • Demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers.
  • Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards.
  • Escalates calls to the RCC Management Team as needed.
  • May be required to initiate external contact with customers or perform basic skip tracing. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School or equivalent certificate required.
  • Previous collections and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, preferred.
  • HOURS:Must be flexible to work between 8am - 9pm Monday - Friday, and occasional Saturday mornings.
