Prefer undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance with 5 - 7 years substantial diverse financial analysis and accounting experience, prefer MBA or advanced certification, e.g. CPA, individuals without a degree must demonstrate equivalent abilities and skills2. Requires advanced knowledge level of accounting and auditing generally accepted principals (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)3. Requires advanced skills with MS Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint) including query and database management programs and in depth understanding of financial/accounting systems/software, prefer experience with PeopleSoft4. Requires advanced attention to detail, analytical and problem solving skills to identify problem areas when reviewing numeric information, to see patterns, trends or missing pieces, identify the similarities in current/past scenarios, and question inconsistencies to determine proper resolution5. Requires advanced verbal and written communication skills to conduct tasks via the telephone, through e-mails and various written documents6.
