WMSN in Madison has an opening for an Advertising Coordinator.
You will manage inventory, schedule spots and issue preemptions.
You will verify and produce on air logs and ensure that they contain correct program information and commercial content
Be willing to lead and effectively direct all advertising duties to maximize inventory and revenue potential.
Provide assistance as needed for all processes as it relates to program formats, programming, reports for sales and other groups within established time parameters.
Check reports for future broadcast logs and communicate inventory availability or programming conflicts to stations
Responsibilities:
You must be computer literate, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
You must be dependable
Excellent communication skills and organization required
Broadcast TV or radio experience a plus - but will train the right candidate
