Description SUMMARY
Under the direction of the Manager, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining and developing existing accounts along with soliciting new business.

Responsibilities:
  • Process orders from customers
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Providing information regarding products and services
  • Answering phones with proper phone etiquette
  • Ability to work with different types of personalities in a professional, positive manner
  • Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
  • Performs other duties as assigned

    Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • Minimum of 1 year prior telephone sales experience
  • High level of interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Must be able to multi-task and follow-up when responses are needed
  • Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
