IT/Enterprise Services Implementation Lead

Description Key Role:
Provide subject matter expertise on a full range of DoD CIO and enterprise service-related activities, including strategic planning, governance, IT policy, and enterprise services implementation. Provide expertise to advise clients on effective delivery and management of enterprise services, Web 2.0 and collaboration technologies, service-enabled capabilities, systems, and other information assets in the context of larger-scale IT management and modernization efforts. Lead all enterprise service portfolio activities, including identity management, tactical edge, portal, and other enterprise service solutions, including the planning, analysis, coordination, and implementation of large-scale enterprise services throughout the DoD. Advise and coach the client on bridging strategies with IT transformation, including the appropriate acquisition processes, core enterprise services, NCES, cloud computing, Web 2.0, identity management, and CIO governance activities. Form key partnerships with the client and external stakeholder communities, brief plans and strategies related to the delivery of enterprise services to senior-level clients, evaluate courses of action related to enterprise services, and provide technical and programmatic recommendations. Build business cases, including funding and implementation plans. Support the stand-up of governance boards, including forming key government partnerships, working closely with PEOs and PMs, and working throughout the DoD and federal government to deliver enterprise solutions. This position is located in Arlington, VA.

Requirements Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in the DoD consulting industry, supporting an IT-related function, including strategy, data architecture, systems development and engineering, enterprise architecture, or enterprise services
-Experience in the Military, including in leadership, project management, or enterprise service technical roles
-Knowledge of the DoD acquisition environment, including DISA or Component PEOs
-Ability to provide representative writing and presentation samples on request
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
 
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in working with AT&L
-Experience as a technologist with a broad IT systems development background in a high-level advisory role
-Knowledge of the application of capabilities for social media and Web 2.0 capabilities, including wiki, blog, RSS publication and subscription, and tagging and labeling frameworks, cloud computing, and emerging technologies in a corporate or government environment preferred 
-TS/SCI clearance 
 
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
