Job Summary: 

Working with Bench President Program and OD Team, coordinate and support Bench President Development Program.

General Duties:

  • Supports program manager and OD team in all program activities.
  • Supports program participants with tools, resources, and
  • Coordinates all program logistics: arranges travel, coordinates events and meetings, reviews and tracks expenses, etc.
  • Maintains master training tracker and schedule.
  • Ships training materials to off-site training locations, and tracks shipments.
  • Coordinates and secures meeting rooms, support equipment, and refreshments for training classes.
  • Creates certificates, name tents, sign-in rosters, and other support materials, including copies of workbooks or handouts for all events.
  • Manages inventory of program support materials.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years experience in supporting training and development efforts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organization and communication skills.
