• Responsible for Customer Service Pharmacy Management System SIR (Software Implementation Request) project management tasks including, but not limited to, SIR entry and updates based on CS technical support evaluation and customer input, monitoring sites for reoccurring issues and updating associated SIRs, monitoring Track for SIR updates and new SIR entries requiring CS evaluation
• Responsible for CS Controlled PMS software build project management including, but not limited to, assigning SIRs to specific builds, requesting specific builds from SW Development, negotiating SIR priority and build release timelines with Customer Service, Field Operations and SW Development
• Responsible for CS PMS software build beta release project management including, but not limited to, developing the CS Beta schedule, developing the list of SIRs to be delivered, scheduling CS software build release meetings, monitoring software build release to customers and evaluating software build performance, determination and communication of the success or failure of the CS Beta
• Develop PMS software build upgrade project plan and schedule for each PMS software build released from FO Beta including, but not limited to, leading the following project tasks; evaluation of software build upgrade technical requirements, evaluation of customer impact, evaluation of changes and/or new functionality and associated requirements for customer training and/or launch of new functionality implementation projects
• Responsible for understanding, representing, and negotiating CS PMS software build requirements in various software and hardware meetings with impact on PMS software builds including, but not limited to, CS Development SIR Management meetings, CS Problem Management meetings, Bi-Weekly CS Controlled Software Build meetings, Software PI meetings, Production Meetings
• Receive a variety of PMS Project Management assignments and serve as project resource for Problem Management projects relating to PMS software 

• Experience managing software release and/or hardware and software implementation projects
• Technical background with a working knowledge of software applications, OS, SQL Server and networking implementation and support
• Excellent judgment, leadership and problem solving skills with proven experience in planning, negotiating and accomplishing project goals
• Experience creating project schedules and defining project deliverables based on project scope
• Proven ability to lead, manage and document issues related to a project and to effectively mitigate risk
• Understanding of the project lifecycle from conception through completion and experience working with multiple implementation methodologies and best practices
• Requires BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management or related field
