Job Description
Responsible for managing the Minnesota territory for sales and distribution of Construction Equipment whole goods, parts and service, and customer satisfaction by providing leadership to the field team. Optimize Case New Holland Independent Dealer’s performance through the development and implementation of a territory business plan.
Responsibilities include: territory profitability, cash flow, market share and customer satisfaction, primary point of communication from field to corporate staff, building a cohesive team between field and marketing, optimizing distribution channel, dealer quality in the territory, assisting in dealer/employee training plans, managing an operating budget for travel & promotions, meeting retail whole goods and wholesale parts targets.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering, MBA a plus
- Minimum of three years experience in heavy equipment retail support activity and experience in field sales
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and the ability to operate construction equipment
- Knowledge of marketing techniques, product applications and design
- Previous supervisory experience a plus
- Working knowledge of computer applications such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint
- Superior written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
- Must be willing to travel 75-100%.
