Description Sara Lee Position Summary:
  
Manage and develop the PAC N.W sales in the Eugene/Bend, Oregon district by developing professional relationships with store decision makers and Independent Operators.


 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  •   Drive Customer Excellence/Consumer Focus Call on District Accounts and Store Management to maintain relationships and manage customer issues
    Identify new business opportunities within the District (new store/initial openings)
    Partner with accounts to implement marketing promotions for mutual benefits
    Engage and Mobilize People
    Effectively source, develop and retain Independent Operators (IO's) and warehouse coordinators
    Effectively foster a business environment such that Sara Lee is the business partner of choice
    Work with I/O's to evaluate and coach performance
    Conduct weekly Business Reviews with all business partners
    Develop and ensure a safe work environment for all I/O's through coaching and awareness
    Achieve Business Excellence
    Manage District performance to achieve focal points in the areas of volume, stale, expense and safety
    Manage store execution through conducting market audits
    Invent the Future
    Develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and market share
    Being a champion for change and innovation initiatives

Requirements
  •  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

  •  5+ years sales experience required,

  •  DSD direct and third-party operations required

  •  Proven success with managing in a team oriented environment

  •  Extended shifts and weekend overtime expected

  • Some travel may be required

  • Present once per period to ZVP key measures of business results and future plan
