Description Microbiology Laboratory Technician - Environmental Monitor
Kelly Scientific Resources currently has an excellent opportunity available for an experienced Lab Tech located in North Tampa with a major pharmaceutical/medical device company near USF. This long term contract position is great opportunity for a recent science graduate to gain valuable industry experience
Responsibilities: Candidate will be performing evaluation of environmental monitoring for aseptic and support areas. Perform daily checks of monitored areas and report observations. Assume the responsibility for the GMP and Environmental Heath and Safety procedure awareness, and compliance within the respective area.
Qualifications: -BS Degree in life Science (Microbiology preferred) -Experience with microbiological techniques (i.e. Environmental Monitoring, Air, water,and surface) -Excellent Aseptic Technique -Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are desirable. -Previous Experience in an FDA Lab highly desirable -Local candidates preferred, available ASPA.
