Description TITLE EXAMINER:

The associate will be required to examine documents posted in the public records and the tax record associated with a specific property to:

1) Determine the Chain of Title
2) Determine the impact of any recorded deed, lien or judgment
3) Identify any senior mortgage or deed of trust
4) Determine any taxes which may be pending or deliquent

Associate work is time senstive and subject to daily production and quality goals. Associate communicates with customers, internal and external, and teamates in order to meet goals. Associate reviews documents which contain a high level of detail to support overall process and team results. Reports to Team Leader.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
3 years prior exam experience, detailed oriented, ability to type 45 WPM , basic Microsoft Office skills, high degree of organization and ability to multitask.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
Familiarity with dual monitor workstation and a paperless workflow
