Manpower Business Solutions, in partnership with our client AIR-serv, is seeking a full time permanent Client Support Specialist. The Client Support Specialist is a unique opportunity within the company to build a career. This position will provide operational support and serve as the primary operational contact for AIR-serv's corporate clients as well as the sales team. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Negotiating client agreements
- Coordinating new account implementations as well as changes to existing accounts including working with field management
- Receiving and inputting new accounts into proprietary applications as well as updating and/or modifying existing accounts
- Providing administrative support for AIR-serv's sales team
- Creating and assisting with proposals and presentations
- Creating and assisting with client reports
- Providing back-up general office support activities such as mail reconciliation and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- 2-3 years account management/inside sales experience
- High School diploma required, some college preferred
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to adapt to changes
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask
- Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize workload
- Ability to work with a variety of people and clients of all sizes
