New State-of-the-Art Hospital -Skagit Valley Hospital, which serves Mount Vernon and surrounding communities, offers all private rooms in a stunning, state-of-the art new building. The 137 bed hospital has a solid reputation for excellence in healthcare, particularly its coronary interventional procedures program which was ranked #1 in the State of Washington and has received a five-star rating from Healthgrades, the health care ratings company. The Pharmacy is a 24/7 inpatient operation with outpatient services as well as remote order entry support for a sister hospital. Current technology includes Omnicell and Meditech with additional upgrades planned. The Pharmacy is managed by Comprehensive Pharmacy Services.

The Support You Need to Succeed in the Job - As Director of Pharmacy with CPS you will have a full support team available to you. From a Regional VP, Regional Clinical Director, 340B Specialist, Drug Information Specialist, Safety and Compliance Specialist and more. We’ll rely on you to oversee all pharmacy operations including planning, organizing, controlling and supervising activities in the hospital pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and State and Federal laws.
Required qualifications - A WA license in good standing or eligible for WA licensure and a minimum of 3 years pharmacy management experience in an acute care setting at the ADOP level or above; technology background; demonstrated leadership and customer care skills.
