Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- Available mostly nights, atleast one weekend shift (per week) , and 60% of holidays
- Knowledge of Animal Behavior
- Restraint
- Clinical Skills
- Perform Diagnostic Procedures
- Update Records both manually & in the computer system
- Create a Safe, Effective Environment
- Follow instructions
- Attention to Detail
- Good Communication & Client Service Skills
The right candidate must have the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and maintain good working relationships with a variety of personalities and possess the ability to handle clients in emotionally intense situations. A good sense of humor is essential. Must also be a self-starter, able to effectively utilize down-time and multi- task. Commitment to learning and updating skills and knowledge is required.
2 years experience or RVT/CVT license is preferred.
