Resident Care Associate- CNA -2nd and 3rd shift
10PM - 6AM - 4 days including every other weekend
10PM - 6AM - 3 days including every other weekend
5PM - 10PM - PT days and weekends
JOB DESCRIPTION
CNA Resident Care Associate:
Candidates must be compassionate, motivate, and enthusiastic.
- Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident care service plan or assignment designed to meet the needs of residents. This includes assisting with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, preparation of meals, and transferring using appropriate assistive devices.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of laundry equipment and proper care of resident's personal clothing.

- Understands the nursing function in assisted living.
- Reviews and demonstrates understanding of the use of Resident Care Standards and Practices with the Resident Care Director and/or supervisor.
- Demonstrates working knowledge of state regulations as they pertain to the job.
Group Interviews will take place every Wednesday at 2:00pm and Sunday at 10:00am.

Current CNA license.
CPR certification preferred.
Experience with residents with dementia preferred.
