SEI/Aaron’s (dba Aaron's) is currently seeking candidates to sustain our growth as we expand into new territory. The position will begin in the Buffalo, NY area training in our Mature Stores along with our Regional Director. All qualified candidates must have a proven track record of success in operations within an organization that is predominately sales, collections and/or customer-service related.
The District Manager in Training position will provide you the experience and training necessary to become a District Manager within 12-24 months.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DISTRICT MANAGER:
✓ Recruiting, hiring and development of staff, with a primary focus on Store Managers.
✓ Implementation and execution of all company programs, culture and performance expectations
✓ Achieving performance standards in sales, collections and operational controls
✓ Successful P&L performance through revenue growth, expense control and inventory management
✓ The acquisition and maintenance of customers
✓ Protection of company assets
✓ Resolve all customer opportunities as they arise in stores
✓ Manage and execute plans to increase revenue and profits
