Wesley Spectrum Services, located in Southwestern Pennsylvania, is a regional human services organization with headquarters in the Pittsburgh area. Therapeutic Staff Supports provide quality therapeutic mental health services to children with an autism spectrum diagnosis primarily in the homes of families and also in community settings and through schools. Their primary responsibility is to implement behavioral interventions as per the treatment plan and meet with the treatment team in order to collaborate and share client information.
We are seeking candidates who want to work primarily early evenings during the week (4-8pm).
Various weekend hours are also available.
The majority of services are provided in homes, limited daycare or school hours are approved.
This position is hourly with the potential to work up to 25-30 hours per week.

Penn Hills Office
- serves clients in East Pittsburgh, squirrel Hill, Wilkinsburg, Monroeville, Cheswick, Springdale, and surrounding areas.
- serves clients in the North Hills (Fox Chapel, Allison Park, Avalon, Sewickley, etc), Gibsonia, Cranberry, Butler and surrounding areas.
- serves clients in the South Hills (Greentree, Crafton, Mt. Lebanon, Bethel Park, etc) Airport/Robinson, Canonsburg, Washington, and surrounding areas.
