The Assistant Property Manager is responsible for providing customer service to all residents and prospects, maintenance of financial transactions and records of the apartment community.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Assisting property manager with day to day operations, leasing, marketing, resident requests, rent collections and legal filing.
Maintains residential delinquency reports
Handles timely SODA dispositions
Prepares routine reports
Working with bonds
Provides customer service per company values and customer care service standards
Lead leasing staff
Handles resident renewal activities and initiatives
