We are seeking an individual to support our Sales and Customer Services work helping CMT companies acquire, develop and retain more profitable customer relationships. We offer a full range of innovative capabilities that address every aspect of the customer experience, including, pricing strategy and profitability assessment, customer analytics, direct and indirect sales force execution, customer service, field support, customer contact operations, and retail/branch operations.
- Apply specific analytics into sales and service execution - building actionable insight into customers' purchase habits and service preferences, tailoring offers and service treatment based upon that insight, and unique methods of optimizing the quality, cost and revenue impact of sales and service operations.
- In addition to improving front-line sales and service performance, Accenture Sales & Customer Services breaks down the largest spend categories for the Chief Sales Officer and Chief Customer Service Officer - identifying opportunities to either reduce or improve the results from sales and service investments.
- Finally, we look for emerging opportunities to improve performance across channels - taking advantage of changes in social media, Sales & Service in the Cloud, mobile solutions empowering customers and employees, and the shift to digital content and tools.
